It is an enterprise specially engaged in production of stainless steel strips/sheets, stainless steel pipes with a registered capital of 22.8 million yuan.  We have the first-class steel processing equipment, modern physical and chemical testing centers and the advanced machines of "Cutting, Surface Grinding, Forming, Welding, Precision Sheet Metal" and the other supplementary equipment. It also owns 11 production lines of LB cold-drawing units, 4 production lines of LG-60-H cold-rolling mills, 1 production line of LG-30-H cold-rolling mills and 1 production line of LG-120-H cold-rolling mills, has the maximum production capacity of 10,000 tons, and can produce austenitic stainless steel pipes with the external diameter of Φ6-Φ530 made of various materials, as well as the pipes up to about 35-meter long, and the production line of LG-120-H cold-rolling mills is the production equipment capable of manufacturing rolled pipes with the largest diameter currently.  

The company can meet the production standards of GB, ASTM, DIN, JIS, GOST, etc., and can produce 300 series, 904L, 310S stainless steel pipes and stainless steel seamless pipes made of other materials.     

The company mainly has the production equipment of: all types of high-precision cold-rolling (drawing) production lines, automatic solid solution heat-treatment production lines, various types of hydraulic machines, straightening machines, CNC machine tools, sawing machines, all types of pipe production equipment, etc.; and the testing equipment of: direct-reading optical emission spectrometer imported from Germany, PMI imported from U.S.A., full-automatic UT flaw detectors, full-automatic ET flaw detectors, hydraulic pressure testing machines, universal material testing machines, impact testing machines with a total of 4 temperature zones, such as low temperature of -196°C, normal temperature, etc. high-power metallographic microscopes, intergranular corrosion test devices, ultrasonic thickness gauges, steel pipe endoscopes and other advanced physical and chemical test apparatus, and non-destructive testing equipment.

The company has obtained the Special Equipment Manufacturing License of the P.R.C., and has passed ISO9001 certification, PED 97/23/EC EU pressure equipment materials certification, Russia’s GOST certification, and DNV certification, etc.
